Parade Holds Harmless Statement:

For those of you participating for the first time, welcome.

To those of you who participated in previous years, welcome back.

Enclosed you will find several items to help make your parade experience the best it can be. Please study this material and make sure that everyone in your group is aware of its content.

8:00 am Entrants arrive and check in

9:00 am Entrants will be judged

10:00 am Parade begins

THE PARADE WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE

Parade starts at Utica Park

  • Vehicles must be removed after drop off, please park along the highway. Horses will be allowed on the lawn area.

  • Upon arrival, check in and get your entry number from the parade stagers. Numbers are to be placed on the right of the entry and as far to the front as possible for the announcer to see. Pick up a map of the parade route and after parade return.

  • No alcoholic beverages in staging area or during the parade.

  • You will be judged while staged, before the parade begins.

  • Judges decisions are final.

  • Throwing candy from a moving vechile can be dangerous. For safety, please have a member of your group walk along side your entry to throw or hand out the candy.

  • The announcer will read the information you supplied as you pass by.

  • Make plans ahead of time where children should be collected.

  • Santa and Mrs. Claus will be sitting for free photos with the children after the parade at the Visitors Center.

    We hope you enjoy the Angels Camp Business Association's Holiday Parade and put us on your calendar again for next year. The holiday parade is always on the first Saturday of the month of December.
